Eric was absolutely incredible. He helped us find our dream home in an area we didn't know much about. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible. What impressed us most about Eric was how he went above and beyond, offering to help us with other services that went past the purchase of our home.  We were faced with having to find tenants for our previous homes so that we could close on our new home and Eric was extremely helpful, guiding us through every step of the way. Could not have done this without him!
